Refund and Returns Policy

1. Physical Goods: Returns & Refunds

This section applies to all tangible products, including clothing, accessories, and general merchandise.

Eligibility Window

Our policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date you received your item. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals (if applicable) intact and attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Any items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Products that are intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., certain undergarments, earrings) for health and hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us first at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Await Confirmation: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (Once Accepted)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 7-10 business days.
  • If the refund is delayed, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to start the process.


2. Digital Products: Policy on Refunds

This section applies to products delivered electronically, such as e-books, templates, and downloadable files.

Due to the nature of digital goods, which are instantly accessible upon purchase and cannot be truly “returned,” our policy for Digital Products is as follows:

  • All sales of Digital Products are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • The only exception is if a Digital Product is proven to be irrevocably corrupt, completely inaccessible, or was purchased due to a verifiable technical error (e.g., duplicate purchase).
  • If you encounter a download or file issue, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will work to provide you with a correct, functioning file.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A detailed description of the defect or damage.
  3. Photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect.

We will provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs, or send a replacement, depending on the circumstances. Do not send the damaged item back without first receiving authorization from us.
